Oven baked pork and paprika casserole. Pork with vegetables and spices baked in the oven. Delicious!

Ingredients:
- 1 1/2 pounds (1.44 kg) lean pork,cubed
- 1 cup (250 g) thinly sliced onion
- 1 cup 9250 g) sliced mushrooms
- 1/4 cup (60 g) finely chopped green sweet pepper
- 2-3 tablespoons paprika
- 2 beef bouillon cubes
- 1 cup (250 ml) hot water
- cornstarch
- chopped fresh parsley
Cooking Method:
- In a deep ovenproof dish,combine cubed pork,onion,mushrooms and green sweet pepper. Mix well.
- Stir in paprika.
- In a small bowl,dissolve beef bouillon in water.Stir in the pork mixture.
- Preheat oven to 350 F (175 C).
- Cover tightly ovenproof dish and cook in preheated oven for 1 1/2 hours. (Do not overcook!)
- Thicken the casserole with cornstarch paste.
- Sprinkle with chopped fresh parsley.
- Serve pork and paprika casserole with cooked rice or baked potatoes.
