Mediterranean soup recipe. Soup with beef and vegetables cooked in slow cooker.Very easy and delicious.

Ingredients:
- 1 1/2 pounds (1.44 kg) ground beef or lamb
- 1/4 cup (60 g) chopped yellow onion
- 3 14 1/2 oz (435 ml) cans reduced-sodium chicken broth
- 2 cups coarsely chopped zucchini
- 1 1/2 cups (375 g) coarsely chopped tomatoes
- 2 tablespoons freshly squeezed lemon juice
- 3 cloves garlic,peeled and minced
- 1/8 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
- 1 tablespoon snipped fresh mint
- 1/2 cup crumbled feta cheese
Cooking Method:
- In a large nonstick skillet, cook ground meat and onion medium-high heat until meat is brown and onion is tender.
- In a slow cooker,combine meat mixture,chicken broth,zucchini,tomatoes,lemon juice,garlic and black pepper.
- Cover slow cooker and cook on low-heat setting for 4-5 hours.
- Skim off fat.Stir in mint and sprinkle with feta cheese.

Cock-a leekie soup. Delicious chicken soup.This recipe belongs to French cuisine.

Ingredients:
- 2 pounds (960 g) leeks,washed,trimmed and sliced
- 1 oz (30 g) unsalted butter
- 3 pounds (1.4 kg) cooked chicken
- 7 cups (1.7 L) chicken stock
- Bouquet garni
- salt and freshly ground black pepper
Cooking Method:
- Melt butter in a frying pan.
- Add leeks and fry,stirring,for 5 minutes.
- Put into a saucepan with chicken giblets,stock and bouquet garni.Season with salt and black pepper.
- Bring to a boil,then cover and simmer for v1 1/2 hours.
- Discard bouquet garni,
- Remove chicken from the pan,Cut the meat into strips,discarding skin and bones.

Stuffed Drumsticks. Very delicious turkey recipe.Easy ti prepare!

Ingredients:
- 2 pounds (960 g) turkey drumsticks,boned
- 4 oz (120 g) bacon,derinded and chopped
- rosemary leaves
- 2 oz (60g) unsalted butter
- 2 teaspoons plain flour
- 2/3 cup (160 ml) chicken stock
- 4 tablespoons dry vermouth
- salt and freshly ground black pepper
Cooking Method:
- Preheat your oven to 375 F (190 C).
- Season turkey drumsticks with salt and black pepper.
- Stuff chopped bacon into cavities in the drumsticks.Close openings with a skewers.
- Pierce the skin in several places and insert fresh rosemary leaves.
- Rub butter over drumsticks and place in ovenproof casserole.
- Cover and bake in preheated oven for about 1 1/2 hours.
- Remove baked drumsticks from the skewers.Slice and arrange on serving platter,kipping hot.
- Add plain flour to the casserole and stir over low heat for 1 minute.
- Gradually add chicken stock and dry vermouth.Bring to a boil,stirring.
- Simmer for 2 minutes,the season to taste with salt and black pepper.
