Ingredients:

• 2 pineapple slices
• 2 orange slices
• 2 fresh blackberries
• 2 lime wedges
• 2 oz (60 ml) tequila
• 1 oz (30 ml) elderflower-flavored liqueur
• 1 oz simple syrup
• 2 oz (60 ml) pineapple juice
• freshly squeezed orange juice
• dry red wine

Cooking Method:

1. In a cocktail glass,combine fresh pineapples,oranges,blackberries and lime wedges.
2. Stir in tequila,elderflower-flavored liqueur, simple syrup, pineapple juice, and orange juice.
3. Add cubed ice and stir well all ingredients.
4. Pour dry red wine over and enjoy!

WILD BERRY MOJITO

Ingredients:

• 1 1/2 oz (45 ml) Bacardi rum
• 1 oz (30 ml) simple syrup
• 3 fresh strawberries,cut into halves
• 6 fresh blueberries
• 6 large mint leaves
• chilled Club Soda

Cooking Method:

1. Place fresh berries and mint leaves in a highball and muddled them.
2. Add crushed ice,Bacardi rum and simple syrup.
3. Using a cocktail spoon,stir well.
4. Top with chilled Club Soda.
5. Garnish wild berry Mojito with fresh berry and mint leaf.
