Oven baked salmon and watercress frittata.Very delicious meal with eggs,salmon and watercress cooked in halogen(turbo) oven. Try to cook this recipe!

Ingredients:
- 6 large eggs,beaten
- 3 oz (90 ml) double (heavy) cream
- 1 small yellow onion,peeled and finely chopped
- 1 pound (480 g) tin salmon,flaked
- 2 1/2 oz (75 g) watercress,chopped
- freshly ground black pepper
- sea salt
- 1/2 teaspoon freshly grated nutmeg
- Grease a deep dish with nonstick cooking spray.
- Place on medium rack of halogen oven and st temperature to 380 F (190 C).
- In a mixing bowl,combine beaten eggs and double (heavy) cream.Stir well.
- Add chopped onion,salmon and watercress.Season to taste with sea salt,black pepper and ground nutmeg.
- Pour salmon mixture into the greased dish,ensuring it is evenly coated.
- Cover with a lid and bake for 20-25 minutes until golden and puffied.
