Slow cooker turkey cutlets. Turkey cutlets with mint sauce cooked in slow cooker.Very delicious and easy recipe!
Makes 5-6 servings
Ingredients:
1 cup fresh cilantro leaves
1/3 cup fresh mint leaves
2 tablespoons soy sauce
1 tablespoon vegetable oil
1/2 chili oil
1 clove garlic,peeled and crushed
1 pound (480 g) skinless and boneless turkey breasts

Ingredients:

Cooking Method:
- In a food processor,combine all ingredients,except turkey cutlets.
- Process until finely chopped.
- Brush on all sides of turkey cutlets.
- Place in slow cooker.
- Pour remaining sauce over turkey.
- Cover slow cooker and cook on low-heat setting for 4 hours or until turkey cutlets are tender.
