Oven Baked Tortilla oven baked potatoes Ingredients: 5 large eggs,beaten 1 bunch spring onion(scallion) finely chopped 1 pound(480-500g)potatoes,cubed or sliced 1 2/3 oz(50 g) mature cheese salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste Oven Baked Tortilla Preheat the turbo oven to 392 F(200 C) In a large mixing bowl combine all ingredients. Mix well. Grease ovenproof dish with cooking spray. Pour potato mixture into greased ovenproof dish. Arrange on the low grill rack and cook for 20-25 minutes,until tender.
