- 2 cups (500 g) cooked noodles
- 10 oz (300 g) package frozen chopped broccoli,thawed
- 3 tablespoons chopped onions
- 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
- 1 tablespoon all-purpose flour
- 2 cups (500 g) cubed processed cheese
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 5 1/2 cups (1.375 L) milk
Cooking Method:
- Cook noodles,according a package instruction.
- In a slow cooker,combine remaining ingredients.Mix well.
- Drain cooked noddles and stir into slow cooker.
- Cover and cook on low-heat setting for 4 hours.
