1/2 cup cider vinegar
1 tablespoons Tabasco sauce
1 cup (250 ml) barbecue sauce
nonfat ranch salad dressing

Cooking Method:
- Grease inside of slow cooker with nonstick cooking spray.
- Place chicken breast tenderloins in a greased slow cooker.
- Pour over cider vinegar,Tabasco sauce and barbecue sauce.
- Cover slow cooker and cook on low-heat setting for 6 hours or until chicken is tender.
- Serve with nonfat ranch salad dressing.
