Ingredients:
- 1 pound (480 g) pork tenderloin
 - 6 whole cloves
 - 1 sprig fresh rosemary
 - 1 sprig fresh thyme
 - For the Glaze:1/4 cup (60 ml) water
 - 2 tablespoons tomato paste
 - 1 tablespoon orange juice concentrate
 - 1/8 teaspoon salt
 - 1 teaspoon Splenda
 - 1 teaspoon white vinegar
 
Cooking Method:
- Preheat your oven to 425 F (215 C).
 - Rinse pork under cold water and pat dry with paper towel.
 - Insert whole cloves, evenly spaced, into the top of the pork loin. Set aside.
 - For the Glaze:In a mixing bowl,combine all glaze ingredients.Mix well.
 - Place meat in a roasting pan.Cover with a glaze mixture.
 - Cook in preheated oven for 25-30 minutes or until juices run clear.
 - Remove oven roasted pork loin from the oven.Cover with aluminum foil and set aside for 5 minutes.
 - Slice cooled pork and transfer to a serving platter.
