Cheese-stuffed pears.Pan fried Bosc pears stuffed with cheese,walnuts and honey.Very delicious dessert!
Makes 2 servings
Ingredients:
2 Bosc pears,halved and cored
2 tablespoons unsalted butter
4 oz (120 g) mascarpone cheese
4 oz (120 g) blue cheese
4 tablespoons clear honey
1/3 cup toasted walnut halves

2 Bosc pears,halved and cored
2 tablespoons unsalted butter

Cooking Method:
- Melt butter in a large saute pan.
- Add pear halves (cored side down) and sate until golden around the edges.
- Remove cooked pears from the pen and top with cheeses.
- Pour honey over.
- Sprinkle with toasted walnuts.Serve immediately.
