Makes 4 servings
Ingredients:
For Salad:
1/4 cup (60 ml) white wine vinegar
1/4 cup (60 ml) olive oil
1/4 cup (60 ml) PURE Chipotle Lemongrass Infused Maple Syrup
1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
3 cups shredded purple cabbage
2 carrots,peeled and shredded
1 bunch thinly sliced radish
1/4 cup torn fresh cilantro leaves
For Shrimp:
24 medium shrimp,shelled and deveined
1/3 cup (80 ml) PURE Chipotle Lemongrass Infused Maple Syrup
12 small tortillas,to serve

Cooking Method:
For Salad:
- In a large mixing bowl,combine white wine vinegar, olive oil, maple syrup, and Dijon mustard.
- Toss well.
- Add remaining salad ingredients,toss well,set aside and allow to marinate for 30 minutes.
For Shrimp:
- Preheat your gas grill on high.
- Thread shrimp onto soaked bamboo skewers,leaving space between them.
- Cook on preheated grill for about 2 minutes per side,turning and brushing with maple syrup,until cooked through.
- Remove cooked shrimp from the grill and brush with remaining maple syrup.
- Spoon marinated salad onto tortilla, and top with cooked shrimp.Serve immediately.
