Makes 1 serving

Ingredients:

• 3/4 oz (28 ml) pear brandy
• 1 tablespoon blackberry preserves
• 5 oz 9150 ml) champagne

Cooking method:

1. Pour brandy in champagne glass. 
2. Pour over champagne.
3. Gently pour in blackberry preserves.
