WILD BERRY MOJITO

Ingredients:

• 1 1/2 oz (45 ml) Bacardi rum
• 1 oz (30 ml) simple syrup
• 3 fresh strawberries,cut into halves
• 6 fresh blueberries
• 6 large mint leaves
• chilled Club Soda

Cooking Method:

1. Place fresh berries and mint leaves in a highball and muddled them.
2. Add crushed ice,Bacardi rum and simple syrup.
3. Using a cocktail spoon,stir well.
4. Top with chilled Club Soda.
5. Garnish wild berry Mojito with fresh berry and mint leaf.
