Slow Cooker Creamy Mushroom-Beef Casserole

Slow cooker creamy mushroom-beef casserole.Cubed beef with mushrooms cooked in slow cooker. serve with delicious beef casserole over cooked rice or noodles.
Makes 4 servings


Ingredients:
1 1/2 pounds (720 g) beef round steak,cubed
10 3/4 oz (325 ml) can low-fat cream of mushroom soup
2 cups sliced fresh mushrooms
1/4 cup instant minced onion
2 tablespoons beef bouillon granules
1/2 teaspoon onion powder
1/2 cup (125 ml) skim milk
2 cups cooked rice or noodles


Cooking Method:
  1. Lightly grease large nonstick skillet with nonstick cooking spray.
  2. Add cubed beef and cook over medium heat,stirring frequently,until browned on all sides.
  3. Grease slow cooker with nonstick cooking spray.
  4. In a greased slow cooker,combine all ingredients except rice or noodles.
  5. Cover and cook on low-heat setting for 8-10 hours.
  6. Serve over cooked rice or noodles.
