Slow cooker lamb goulash. Cubed lamb with vegetables and spices cooked in slow cooker.Very easy and delicious lamb recipe.
Makes 6 servings
Ingredients:
1 cup chopped yellow onion
1 1/4 pounds (600 g) lean lamb for stew,cubed
1 can (15 oz (450 ml) chunky tomato stew
1 3/4 cups (430 ml) fat-free low-sodium chicken broth
1 can (6 oz (180 ml)) tomato paste
4 teaspoons paprika
1/2 cup zucchini,sliced
1/3 cup[ black olives,pitted

Ingredients:

Cooking Method:
- Place chopped onion and zucchini in slow cooker.
- Top with cubed lamb.
- In a mixing bowl,combine remaining ingredients,except black olives.Mix well.
- Pour mixture over meat in slow cooker.
- Cover slow cooker and cook on low-heat setting for 6-8 hours.
- Open slow cooker and stir in black olives.Switch heat to high.
- Cover and cook for a further 5-7 minutes.
