Cooking Method:

1. Place meat,bean curd,noodles and vegetables on cooking tray.
2. Grease the pan with piece of suet and heat.
3. Put in sliced beef,piece by piece,and brown lightly.
4. Add bean curd,noodles,scallions,sliced cabbage and mushrooms.
5. In a mixing bowl,combine soy sauce,sake,sugar,soup stock and monosodium glutamate.
6. Mix well and sprinkle over the ingredients in the pan.
7. Cook over medium heat until beef is tender.

Cooking Method:

1. Cook noodles in salted boiling water.When they begin soften separate with a fork.Do not crowd.
2. When noodles tender,drain well and rinse under cold running water.
3. Transfer cooked noodles to tray,covered with paper towel.Sprinkle with 2 tablespoons peanut oil to prevent sticking.
4. Working in a batches,deep fry noodles,turning once to crisp and brown both sides.
5. Drain and set aside.
6. Sprinkle prawns with wine,salt and cornstarch.Set aside for 5 minutes.
7. In saute pan,heat 2 tablespoons oil.Add celery,mushrooms and onions and saute,stirring for 2 minutes.Remove from saute pan and set aside.
8. Add remaining 3 tablespoons peanut oil and saute prawns until the color changes.
9. Return cooked vegetables and mix well.Add seasonings,mixed together.
10. Serve fried prawn Chow Mein on the crisp noodles.

Cooking Method:

1. Place pork chops in a shallow dish.
2. In a mixing bowl,combine vinegar,ketchup,fruit and soy sauce.Mix well and spoon mixture over pork chops.
3. Cover and refrigerate for 2-3 hours.
4. Remove marinated pork chops from refrigerator.Drain,reserving marinade.
5. Heat vegetable oil in a large nonstick skillet.Add onions and brown sugar and fry,stirring until browned.
6. Stir in cornstarch,then add water,marinated pork chops and reserved liquid.
7. Cover and simmer over low heat until pork chops are tender (for about 45 minutes),turning and busting occasionally.

1. In a saucepan,heat vegetable oil over medium-high heat.
2. Add vegetables and fry,stirring,for 5 minutes.
3. Sprinkle chicken meat with sauce and dry sherry.
4. Add chicken stock to pan with water chestnuts.bring to a boil.
5. Add chicken meat with soaking juices.Reduce heat to low and simmer for 10 minutes.
6. Stir in bean sprouts and cook for a further 2 minutes.Taste and season with salt and black pepper.
7. Remove pan from the heat and stir in beaten egg,stirring constantly.

Ingredients: 

• 1 pound (480 g) thin flank beef steak,cut into 2-inch (5 cm ) pieces
• half of white onion,peeled and chopped
• 1/4 cup (60 g) sliced green onions
• For the Sauce: 2 tablespoons plus 2 teaspoons sesame oil
• 1 tablespoon minced garlic
• 1 red bell pepper,seeded and thinly sliced
• 2 tablespoons soy sauce
• 2 tablespoons brown sugar
• 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
• 1/2 cup (125 ml) water
• 1/2 teaspoon crushed red pepper
• ¼ cup cold water + 1 tablespoon corn starch
• toasted sesame seeds for garnish

Cooking Method:

1. Lightly grease slow cooker with nonstick cooking spray. 
2. In a greased slow cooker,combine meat,onions (green and white) and  sliced red bell peppers.
3. In a medium mixing bowl,combine remaining ingredients,except 1/4 cup water,cornstarch and sesame seeds.Stir well.
4. Pour sauce over beef and stir well to combine.
5. Cover slow cooker and cook on low-heat setting for 4-5 hours.

2. Heat cooking oil in a large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat.

3. Add chicken wings and refrigerate overnight.
4. Drain marinated chicken wings and discard marinade.
