Slow cooker balsamic pork tenderloin.This pork recipe is really moth watering.Pork tenderloin with honey and Worcestershire sauce cooked in slow cooker.


  • 3 pounds (1.45 kg) boneless pork tenderloin
  • 1 cup (250 ml) chicken broth
  • 1/2 cup 9125 ml) balsamic vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon clear honey
  • 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes
  • 2 cloves garlic,peeled and chopped

Cooking Method:

  1. Place pork tenderloin in slow cooker.
  2. In a mixing bowl,combine remaining ingredients.Mix well and pour mixture over pork.
  3. Cover slow cooker and cook on low-heat setting for 6-8 hours or until pork is tender.
  4. Using a tongs,remove cooked pork from slow cooker,reserving cooking liquid.
  5. Using two forks,shred meat.
  6. Poor reserved cooking liquid over shredded pork.
  7. Serve immediately.
