CREAMY CHICKEN BREASTS |
Ingredients:
- 1 pound(480 g) boneless and skinless chicken breasts
- 1 can cream chicken soup
- 2/3 cup (160 g) sour cream
- 1 tablespoon ,inced garlic
- 1/2 cup (125g) shredded cheddar cheese
- assorted frozen vegetables,thawed
- salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste
- cooked egg noodles,to serve
Cooking Method:
- In a slow cooker,combine sour cream,chicken soup,garlic,shredded cheddar cheese and seasoning.Mix well.
- Add chicken breasts into the sauce mixture (make sure to cover chicken with sauce).
- Add thawed vegetables on top of sauce.Sprinkle vegetables with salt and black pepper.
- Cover slow cooker and cook on low-heat setting for 5-6 hours or until chicken breasts are tender.
- Stir well sauce before serving.
- Serve slow cooker creamy chicken breasts over cooked egg noodles.
