Ingredients:
1 pound (480 g) boneless and skinless chicken breasts,cubed
4 cloves garlic,peeled and minced
2 tablespoons freshly squeezed lime juice
1/2 teaspoon red chili flakes
3 tablespoons freshly chopped cilantro leaves
1/4 teaspoon salt
paprika
4 tablespoons olive olive
lime wedges for garnish
Bamboo skewers,soaked

Ingredients:

• 2 pineapple slices
• 2 orange slices
• 2 fresh blackberries
• 2 lime wedges
• 2 oz (60 ml) tequila
• 1 oz (30 ml) elderflower-flavored liqueur
• 1 oz simple syrup
• 2 oz (60 ml) pineapple juice
• freshly squeezed orange juice
• dry red wine

Cooking Method:

1. In a cocktail glass,combine fresh pineapples,oranges,blackberries and lime wedges.
2. Stir in tequila,elderflower-flavored liqueur, simple syrup, pineapple juice, and orange juice.
3. Add cubed ice and stir well all ingredients.
4. Pour dry red wine over and enjoy!

Shrimp cocktail. Very easy appetizer recipe. Excellent choice for a party!

Ingredients:

• 1 pound (480 g) peeled and cooked shrimp
• 4 tablespoons mayonnaise
• 1 tablespoon creamed horseradish sauce
• 1 tablespoon ketchup
• 2 cups (500 g) shredded Romaine lettuce
• 1 lime,cut into quarters
• 4 large cooked shrimps shelled and tail on

Cooking Method: 

1. In a mixing bowl,combine 1 pound of cooked shrimp,mayonnaise,horseradish sauce and ketchup. Stir well,making sure all shrimp coated in a sauce.
2. Divide shredded Romaine lettuce between a large wine glasses.
3.  Top with the shrimp and sauce.
4. Garnish with wedge of lime and large shrimp.
5. Refrigerate glasses for about 20 minutes.
6. Serve shrimp cocktail cold.

To Make Strawberry Sugar:

Cooking Method:

1. In a shaker,combine all ingredients.
2. Shake well.
3. Pour mixture into  hurricane glass filled with ice.
4. Garnish with lime wedge and serve immediately.

1. In a small pot,combine 1 1/2 cups fresh blueberries,water,sugar and vanilla extract.
2. Stir well and bring to a boil over high heat.
3. Reduce heat to low and simmer until sugar is dissolved and blueberries are soft (for about 15 minutes).
4. Remove blueberry mixture from the heat and strain, pressing on the solids to extract as much liquid as possible.
5. Discard the solids.
6. Transfer the simple blueberry syrup to the glass container,cover tightly and refrigerate.
7. To 4 oz (120 ml) cocktail glass,add remaining blueberries,lime and 2-3 tablespoons symple blueberry syrup.
8. Using a muddle,smash blueberries and line.
9. Add tequila and stir well to combine.
10. Top with cubed ice and Seltzer water.

Cooking Method:

1. In a blender,combine all ingredients.
2. Blend until smooth.
3. Pour mixture into cocktail glasses.
4. Serve immediately.
