Oven baked salmon and watercress frittata.Very delicious meal with eggs,salmon and watercress cooked in halogen(turbo) oven. Try to cook this recipe!
Makes 4 servings

Ingredients:

  • 6 large eggs,beaten
  • 3 oz (90 ml) double (heavy) cream
  • 1 small yellow onion,peeled and finely chopped
  • 1 pound (480 g) tin salmon,flaked
  • 2 1/2 oz (75 g) watercress,chopped
  • freshly ground black pepper
  • sea salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon freshly grated nutmeg


  1. Grease a deep dish with nonstick cooking spray.
  2. Place on medium rack of halogen oven and st temperature to 380 F (190 C).
  3. In a mixing bowl,combine beaten eggs and double (heavy) cream.Stir well.
  4. Add chopped onion,salmon and watercress.Season to taste with sea salt,black pepper and ground nutmeg.
  5. Pour salmon mixture into the greased dish,ensuring it is evenly coated.
  6. Cover with a lid and bake for 20-25 minutes until golden and puffied.
