Ingredients:
- 1 small yellow onion,peeled and finely chopped
- 1 garlic clove,peeled and crashed
- 1 1/2 pounds (700 g) lean minced beef
- 1 large egg,beaten
- 1 oz (30 g) white breadcrumbs
- 1/2 teaspoon ground allspice
- salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste
- cooking oil fro frying
Cooking method:
- In a large mixing bowl,combine all ingredients,except cooking oil.
- Mix well.Shape mixture into walnut-sized balls.
- In a large nonstick skillet,heat cooking oil.Fry meatballs in shallow oil for about 15 minutes,turning once.
- Remove fried spicy meatballs from the heat and arrange on a warming serving plate.
- Serve with cooked rice and tomato sauce or gravy.

Beef goulash is delicious Hungarian meal.Unbelievable flavor!
Ingredients:
- 2 pounds (960 g) stewing beef,cubed
- 2 oz (60 g) pork dripping
- 8 oz (240 g yellow onions,peeled and chopped
- 2 garlic cloves,peeled and chopped
- 1 tablespoon plain flour
- 1 beef stock cube
- 2 cups (500 ml) boiling water
- 1/2 teaspoon dried marjoram
- 1/2 teaspoon caraway seed
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- 8 oz (240 g) potatoes,peeled and roughly chopped
- 2 green bell peppers,deseeded and sliced
- 5 ripe tomatoes,blanched,peeled and chopped
- 5 oz (150 ml) dry red wine
- 5 oz (150 g) sour cream
- brown sugar
- salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste
Cooking Method:
- In a large sauce pan,heat pork dripping.
- Add cubed beef and fry until browned on all sides.
- Stir in chopped onion and garlic and cook until transparent.
- Sprinkle in plain flour and stir into mixture.
- In a mixing bowl,combine beef stock cube and boiling water.Mix well until beef cube dissolved completely.
- Pour over meat and season with salt,black pepper,marjoram,caraway seeds,brown sugar and paprika.
- Cover tightly and cook for 1 1/2 hours.
- Add potatoes and tomatoes to the pan,cover and cook for a further 25 minutes.
- Stir in dry red wine,bring to a boil,then reduce heat to low and simmer for a few minutes.
- Serve with sour cream.

- 1 pound (480 g) boneless and skinless chicken breasts,cut into cubes
- 1 1/4 cups reduced-sodium and fat-free chicken broth

- 1 teaspoon Asian sesame oil

- 1/2 cup (125 g) unsalted butter at room temperature
- 1/4 cup (60 g) light brown sugar
- 1 large egg,beaten
- 3/4 cup (180 g) applesauce
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 cup (250 g) all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup (125 g) whole-wheat flour
- 1/2 cup (125 g) quick-cooking oats
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon freshly ground cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/4 teaspoon ground cloves
- Buttery Glaze (see recipe below)
Cooking Method:
- In a large mixing bowl,combine butter and brown sugar.
- Mix until well blended.
- Stir in beaten egg,applesauce and vanilla.
- Mix in remaining combined ingredients,except Buttery Glaze.Stir well until well blended.
- Transfer butter to greased and floured 6-cup fluted cake pan.
- Place cake pan on rack in 6-quart (6 L) slow cooker.
- Cover slow cooker and cook on on high-heat setting for 2 1/2-3 hours or until tooth pick inserted in the center comes out clean.
- Remove baked applesauce cake from slow cooker and cool on wire rack 10 minutes.

Ingredients:
- 2 cups (500 ml) milk
- 2 cups (500 ml) chicken stock
- 1 cup (250 g) yellow cornmeal
- 1 cup (250 g) grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 cups (500 ml) spaghetti sauce
Cooking Method:
- Preheat your oven to 350 F (175 C).
- Grease a baking dish with nonstick cooking spray.
- In a large pot,combine milk and chicken stock.Mix well and,stirring, bring to a boil over medium-high heat.
- When it is at a rolling boil, gently stir in the cornmeal, making sure there are no lumps.
- Reduce heat to low and continue cooking,stirring until thick, about 5 minutes.
- Remove polenta mixture from the heat and stir in Parmesan cheese.
- Pour the polenta into the greased baking dish, and spread spaghetti sauce over the top.
- Bake in preheated oven until sauce bubbled,for about 10 minutes.

Ingredients:
- 1 cup (250 ml) pineapple juice
- 1/2 cup (125 ml) white rum
- 1/4 teaspoon Imitation Coconut Extract
- 3 drops Red Food Color
- (750 ml) sparkling white wine
- 2 drops Yellow Food Color
Cooking method:
- Place 2 tablespoons of granulated sugar in small resealable plastic bag.
- Stir in 5 drops Red Food Color and 5 drops Yellow Food Coloring.
- Seal tightly bag.
- Knead sugar until the color is evenly distributed.
- Pour mixture out onto shallow plate.
- Dip rim of old-fashioned glass in water, then into Orange-tinted sugar to lightly coat.
- In a mixing bowl,combine pineapple juice, rum, coconut extract and food color.Mix well.
- Pour 2 oz (60 ml) of pineapple mixture into old-fashioned glass and top with 4 oz (120 ml) of white sparkling wine.
