Ingredients:
- 1/4 cup(50 ml)mayonnaise with olive oil
- 1 clove garlic,minced
- 1/4 cup(50 ml) seasoned breadcrumbs
- 2 large tomatoes,cut into 8 pieces
- 1 tablespoon Parmesan cheese,grated
- salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste
Oven Grilled Tomatoes
Preheat turbo oven grill to medium-high heat.
Combine mayonnaise and garlic in a small bowl.
Mix well.
Using another small bowl,combine breadcrumbs,cheese,salt and pepper.
Arrange tomatoes in disposable foil pan.
Brush with mayonnaise mixture,then top with breadcrumb mixture.
Put pan on preheated turbo oven..
Cover and cook for 15 minutes or until tomatoes are tender.
Serve oven grilled tomatoes warm.

Ingredients:
- 3 pounds(1.4 kg) beef round steak,trimmed,cut into 1-inch(2.5 cm) pieces
- 3/4 cup onion,chopped(fresh or frozen)
- 1/3 cup brown sugar
- 2 teaspoons chili powder
- 1/3 cup ketchup
- 1/4 cup cider vinegar
- 1 cup beer
- 1/2 cup tomato paste
- whole wheat buns,tortillas or pita breads
BBQ Beef in Slow Cooker
Lightly grease inside of slow cooker with cooking spray.
Combine all ingredients in crock pot.
Mix well.
Cover and cook on low-heat setting for 10-12 hours or high-heat for 6-7 hours.
Remove meat from crock pot.
Shred,using 2 forks.
Put beef in large saucepan.
Add 2 cups of sauce from slow cooker.
Stir to mix.
Serve bbq beef on pita breads,or whole wheat buns.

Oven grilled meatballs isn't traditional cooking method,but high dry heat of a turbo oven can provide the meatballs,a rich combination of veal and pork perfumed with dill and nutmeg ,a sizzling,caramelized,flavorful crust.
Ingredients:
- 2 slices white bread,cut into 1-inch(2,5 cm) pieces
- 1/2 cup milk
- 12 ounces(360 g) ground veal
- 12 ounces(360 g0 ground pork
- 1/2 onion,minced
- 1 tablespoon fresh dill,finely chopped
- 1 1/2 teaspoons sea salt
- 1/2 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon ground allspice
- 1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg
- 1 large egg
- Caper and dill sauce(see recipe below)
Oven Grilled Meatballs
Put white bread in a large mixing bowl.
Stir in the milk.
Let the bread soak for 5 minutes.
Drain and squeeze it with your fingers.
Return the bread to the mixing bowl.
Add all ingredients to the bowl with white bread.
Mix well,using a wooden spoon.
Refrigerate resulted mixture for 1 hour(very important).
Spread plastic wrap over a large plate.
Put a bowl of fresh water next to it.
Deep your hands in the water.
Pinch off a 1-inch(2,5 cm) of the meatball mixture.
Roll it into a ball.
Continue making meatballs until all mixture is used up.
Preheat Flavor Wave oven to high.
Arrange the meatballs on preheated grilling rack of turbo oven.
Grill at 480F(250C) for 5 minutes per side.
Transfer oven grilled meatballs to a platter or plates.
Serve with the Caper and Dill Sauce.
Caper and Dill Sauce for Oven Grilled Meatballs
Here is a simple dill sauce to serve with oven grilled meatballs.
Ingredients:
1/3 cup mayonnaise
1/3 cup sour cream
1/3 cup Dijon mustard
2 tablespoons fresh dill,finely chopped
1 tablespoon capers,drained
coarse sea salt
Combine all ingredients in cooking bowl.
Mix well,using whisker.

Ingredients:
- 4 cups bread crumbs
- 2 cups celery,chopped
- 1 cup onion,chopped
- 1/2 cup margarine
- 1 teaspoon thyme
- 1 teaspoon ,marjoram
- 1/2 cup turkey stock,chicken stock.
- salt and ground black pepper to taste
Oven Grilled Turkey Stuffing
Using a large frying pan,melt margarine.
Add onion and celery and saute for 5 minutes.
Add bread crumbs,marjoram and thyme.
Stir gently to combine.
Pout stock over mixture.
Season with salt and black pepper and mix.
Loosely stuff the turkey's neck and body cavities.
Set turbo oven temperature to 460F(240C).
Cover and roast according to time given to stuffed turkey(2-2,5 hours)
Serve oven grilled turkey stuffing with cooked rice and fresh vegetables.

Recipe of delicious lasagna cooked in Flavor Wave Turbo Oven.
Ingredients for oven cooked lasagna:
- 12 uncooked lasagna noodles
- 1 pound(480 g) lean ground beef
- 2 large eggs
- 2 cups coarsely grated Parmesan Cheese
- 2 cups coarsely grated Mozzarella cheese
- 2 cups grated Ricotta cheese
- 1/2 cup chopped onion
- 7-8 ounces mushrooms(200g-250g)
- 1 package frozen green spinach, thawed out and squashed dry
- 1 jar spaghetti sauce
- 5 garlic cloves
- 1/2 teaspoon parsley, crumbled
- 1/2 teaspoon basil, crumbled
How to prepare oven cooked lasagna
Lightly grease a baking dish.
Combine together all ingredients except lasagna noodles.
In prepared dish arrange lasagna noodles.
Layer cheese mixture,green spinach and mushrooms.
Repeat layers with remaining elements, ending with cheese.
Put in Flavor Wave Turbo Oven.
Cover and cook on high heat setting for 15 minutes.
Than uncover and cook 15 minutes more.

Oven Grilled Lamb Chops with Melted Feta
Ingredients:
4 lamb chops
2 tbsp olive oil
1 garlic clove, peeled
1 tbsp lemon juice,freshly squeezed
100g Greek feta, crumbled
¼ cup tomato, diced
6 kalamata olives, pitted
1 tbsp flat leafed parsley, chopped
Salt and black pepper, to taste

How to cook Oven Grilled lamb Chops:
Preheat Turbo Oven to 320F(160C)
Combine together lemon juice,garlic and olive oil in a bowl.
Mix well.Add lamb chops and turn to coat completely.
Put in refrigerator for 15-20 minutes to marinate.
Combine together feta, tomatoes, olives, and parsley in another small bowl.
Mix well and set aside.
Arrange lamb chops on the high rack of turbo oven.
Sprinkle with salt and black pepper.
Bake for for 15 minutes,or until browned.
While cooked,top each lamb chop with the feta, tomato, olive and parsley mixture.
Grill for 2 minutes,or until feta melts.
Serve oven grilled lamb chops immediately with salad greens, red onion and cucumber.

Barbecued Green Beans in Slow Cooker
Ingredients for barbecued green beans:
- 1 lb(450g) bacon
- 1/4 cup chopped onion
- 3/4 cup ketchup
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 3 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
- 3/4 teaspoon salt
- 4 cups green beans
Cooking Method:
- Cook bacon in nonstick skillet until crisp.
- Break it into pieces.
- Reserve 2 tablespoons bacon drippings.
- Sate onions in bacon drippings.
- Combine together ketchup,sugar,sauce and salt.
- Stir into bacon and onions.
- Pour mixture over green beans and mix lightly.
- Pour mixture into slow cooker and cook,setting on low for 6-8 hours.
- Barbecued green beans are ready.Serve them hot.
