Ingredients:
2 tablespoons olive oil
6 oz (180 g) skinless and boneless chicken breasts
1 clove garlic,peeled and minced
1/4 cup (60 ml) reduced sodium chicken broth
1/2 cup (125 ml) heavy (double) cream
2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
1 teaspoon chopped fresh thyme plus more for garnish
1/2 teaspoon dried sage
1 teaspoon clear honey
salt and freshly ground black pepper

Ingredients:
2 tablespoons olive oil
6 oz (180 g) skinless and boneless chicken breasts
1 clove garlic,peeled and minced
1/4 cup (60 ml) reduced sodium chicken broth
1/2 cup (125 ml) heavy (double) cream
2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
1 teaspoon chopped fresh thyme plus more for garnish
1/2 teaspoon dried sage
1 teaspoon clear honey
salt and freshly ground black pepper
Cooking Method:
- In a large nonstick skillet,heat olive oil over medium-high heat.
- Season chicken breasts on both sides with salt and black pepper.
- Add chicken to hot oil in a skillet and cook 5-6 minutes per side until cooked through.
- Remove cooked chicken breasts from the skillet and transfer to serving plate.
- Cover with aluminum foil and keep warm.
- Add minced garlic to remaining olive oil and saute,stirring,10 seconds.
- Stir in chicken broth, cream, mustard, thyme, and sage and cook, stirring constantly, until lightly thickened.
- Stir in honey and season with salt.
- Serve cooked chicken breasts topped with creamy mustard sauce and chopped fresh thyme.
