Cooking Method:

1. Rinse chicken thighs and pat dry with paper towels.
2. Place chicken pieces in slow cooker.Sprinkle with salt,black pepper and paprika.
3. In a mixing bowl,combine onion,garlic,sugar,coriander,cumin,cardamom,orange peel and orange juice.Mix well.
4. Spoon mixture evenly over chicken.
5. Cover slow cooker and cook on low-heat setting for 4 hours or until chicken is tender.
6. Remove cooked chicken from slow cooker and transfer to a serving platter.Cover with aluminum foil and keep warm.
7. Pour cooking liquid into a small saucepan.
8. In a small mixing bowl,combine cornstarch and yogurt.Mix well.
9. Stir yogurt mixture into pan juices.
10. Cook,uncovered,over medium heat,stirring,until mixture thickens slightly.
11. Place cooked chicken on the bed of fresh spinach leaves.
12. Spoon sauce over cooked chicken.
13. Serve with cooked brown rice.

• 1/4 cup (60 ml) molasses
• 2 tablespoons cider vinegar
• 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
• 2 teaspoons prepared mustard
• 1/4 teaspoon hot pepper sauce
• 2 tablespoons orange juice
• 3 whole chicken breasts,skinned,boned and halved

Cooking Method:

1. In a mixing bowl,combine all ingredients,except chicken breasts.Mix well.
2. Brush mixture over chicken breasts.
3. Arrange chicken in slow cooker.
4. Cover slow cooker and cook on low-heat setting for 7-9 hours or until chicken breasts are tender.

Ingredients:

• 1/4 cup (60 ml) orange-flavored liqueur
• 1/4 cup (60 ml) freshly squeezed orange juice
• 2 tablespoons brandy
• 1 pound fresh strawberries,cut into halves
• 1/2 cup (125 g) heavy (double) cream
• 1 1/2 tablespoons caster(superfine) sugar

Cooking Method:

1. In a small mixing bowl,combine liqueur,orange juice and brandy.Mix well.
2. Add halved strawberries to brandy mixture.Refrigerate for 1 hour,spooning liquid over strawberries occasionally.
3. In another mixing bowl,whisk double cream until frothy.Stir in caster sugar and beat until soft peaks form.
4. Spoon strawberries into sherbet dishes and top with whipped cream.

Ingredients:

• 1 large orange
• 2 large boneless and skinless chicken breasts,cut into 1 1/2 inch (3.7 cm) pieces
• 1 tablespoon soy sauce
• 1 tablespoon dry sherry
• 4 green onions,cut into 2 inches (5 cm) pieces
• 1/4 teaspoon crushed red pepper
• 1 teaspoon minced ginger
• 2 1/2 teaspoons cornstarch
• 1/2 teaspoon granulated sugar
• 1/2 teaspoon salt
• 1/2 cup 9125 ml) freshly squeezed orange juice
• 1/4 cup (60 ml) salad oil

Cooking Method:

1. Using a vegetable peeler,cut peel from orange into 1 1/2 inches (3/7 cm) pieces,being careful not to cut into white membrane.
2. Cut pieces into 1 1/2 inches (3.7 cm) long strips.on a small cookie sheet,let peel dry slightly in 200 F oven 30 minutes.
3. In a mixing bowl,combine chicken,soy sauce,sherry,green onions,red pepper,salt and orange juice.Mix well,then cover and refrigerate both for 1 hour.
4. Heat oil in a large nonstick skillet.
5. Add orange orange peels and,using slotted spoon,stir-fry until crisp and edges are slightly browned.Pat dry with paper towels.
6. In the same oil,over high heat,stir-fry chicken mixture until chicken pieces are tender. 
7. Stir orange-juice mixture,then add chicken and stir-fry until mixture lightly thickened and coats chicken pieces.

• 1 oz (30 ml) white rum
• 2/3 oz (20 ml) melon liqueur
• 1/3 oz (10 ml) hazelnut liqueur
• 1/3 oz (10 ml) peach schnapps

Cooking Method:

1.  Marinate whole chicken in jerk marinade and refrigerate for 12 hours, reserving  a quarter of the marinade for basting and dipping.
2. Preheat your oven to 400 F (200 C).
3. Roast chicken quarters in preheated oven, basting frequently for approximately 45-60 minutes or until a thermometer inserted into the thickest part reads 160 F(80 C).

• 3/4 oz (22 ml) coconut rum
• 3/4 oz (22 ml) Orange Twist vodka
• 2 1/4 oz (67ml) freshly squeezed orange juice

Ingredients:

• 1 pound (480 g) pork tenderloin
• 6 whole cloves
• 1 sprig fresh rosemary
• 1 sprig fresh thyme
• For the Glaze:1/4 cup (60 ml) water
• 2 tablespoons tomato paste
• 1 tablespoon orange juice concentrate
• 1/8 teaspoon salt
• 1 teaspoon Splenda
• 1 teaspoon white vinegar

1.  Preheat your oven to 425 F (215 C).
2. Rinse pork under cold water and pat dry with paper towel.
3. Insert whole cloves, evenly spaced, into the top of the pork loin. Set aside.

4.  For the Glaze:In a mixing bowl,combine all glaze ingredients.Mix well.
5. Place meat in a roasting pan.Cover with a glaze mixture.
6. Cook in preheated oven for 25-30 minutes or until juices run clear.
