Ingredients:
- 2 tablespoons unsalted butter,melted
- 2 large skinless and boneless whole chicken breasts
- 1/2 pound (240 g) fresh mushrooms,cleaned and sliced
- 2 cups 950 ml) cheese sauce,heated
- 1/4 cup (60 g) grated mozzarella cheese
- few drops freshly squeezed lemon juice
- salt and freshly ground black pepper
- dash celery seed
- pinch of basil
Cooking Method:
- Preheat oven to 375 F (180 C)
- In a large saucepan,heat melted butter.Add chicken breasts and sprinkle with lemon juice.
- Cover and cook 4 minutes each side over medium-low heat.
- Season cooked chicken with salt and black pepper.
- Stir in sliced mushrooms and herbs.Cook,covered,for 3-4 minutes.
- Mix in cheese sauce and transfer to ovenproof dish.
- Sprinkle top with grated mozzarella cheese and bake in preheated oven for 6-7 minutes.
