Makes 2 servings

Ingredients:

• 1 cup (250 g) vanilla ice cream
• 1/4 cup Baileys liqueur
• 2 tablespoons grenadine syrup,plus more for garnish
• 1/4 cup (60 g) heavy cream

Cooking Method:

1. In a blender,combine vanilla ice cream,Baileys and grenadine syrup.
2. Blend until smooth.
3. Divide Baileys mixture between two glasses.
4. Top with heavy cream and drizzle with grenadine syrup.
5. Serve immediately.
