Mango and blackberry smoothie.Very healthy nonalcoholic mixed drink. This cocktail recipe adapted from
Makes 2-4 servings

mango and blackberry smoothie


  • 2 cups (500 g) fresh blackberries
  • 2 large ripe mangoes,peeled,pitted and diced
  • 2-4 tablespoons granulated sugar
  • cubed ice

Cooking Method:

  1. In a blender,combine fresh blackberries,half of cubed ice and 1-2 tablespoons of granulated sugar.Blend until smooth.
  2. Pour blackberry mixture into cocktail glasses.
  3. Rinse out the blender.
  4. In a blender,combine diced mangoes,remaining sugar and cubed ice.
  5. Blend until smooth.
  6. Pour mango mixture over blackberry mixture.
  7. Serve immediately.
