Hawaiian Chicken

INGREDIENTS:

1.  Four boneless,skinless chicken breasts

2. One tablespoon butter

3.Quarter  cup brown sugar

4.One small  can crushed pineapple,drained with juice reserved

5.Slivered almonds

6.Sliced  green scallions

7.Sliced rated pepper

For marinade:

1.Half cup soy sauce

2.Pineapple juice reserved from can

3.Half  teaspoon Sriracha hot chili sauce.

Combine all marinade ingredients together and pour over chicken.Chill approximately 10 min.Melt butter in hot nonstick skillet and after pour over chicken.Turn until cooked through.Mix brown sugar and pineapple in small bowl and pour over chicken.

Cook until heated through and serve over ice..For garnish,add slivered almonds,red pepper and green scallions. THE BEST RECIPES
