Tequila smash cocktail.Tequila based mixed drink.Easy and delicious cocktail recipe!
Ingredients:
- 8 fresh blueberries
- 8 maraschino cherries
- 4 oz (120 ml) tequila
- 1 oz (30 ml) freshly squeezed lime juice
- 1 oz (30 ml) Maraschino liqueur
Cooking Method:
- In a shaker,muddle blueberries and maraschino cherries.
- Add tequila , Maraschino liqueur and lime juice.
- Fill with ice and shake well.
- Strain mixture into martini glass.
- Serve with a lime wheel speared between a cherry and a blueberry.

Silk stockings cocktail.Tequila mixed drink with a creamy chocolate and cinnamon flavor.
Ingredients:
- 1 2/3 oz (50 ml) silver tequila
- 2/3 oz (20 ml) white creme de cacao
- 1 oz (30 ml) heavy (double) cream
- dash of grenadine syrup
Cooking Method:
- Rub a wedge of lime around the rim.
- Dip it into a bowl full of freshly grated cinnamon.
- In a shaker filled with ice combine all ingredients.
- Shake well and strain into cocktail glass.

Short fuse cocktail.A long and refreshing tequila based drink with a sweet apricot flavor.
Ingredients:
- 2oz (60 ml) gold tequila
- 2/3 oz (20 ml) apricot brandy
- 2 teaspoons juice maraschino cherries
- 1 oz (30 ml) freshly squeezed lime juice
- 3 oz (90 ml) fresh grapefruit juice
Cooking Method:
- In a shaker filled with cubed ice,combine all ingredients.
- Shake well and strain into highball with ice.
- Garnish with wedge of lime.

Salmon Cevishe recipe.An excellent appetizer.Very healthy and delicious.
Ingredients:
- 1 pound boneless and skinless salmon fillet,cut into 1-inch (2.5 cm ) cubes
- 1 shallot,diced
- 1 ripe avocado,peeled,pitted and cubed
- freshly squeezed juice of 1 lime
- salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste
- fresh chopped parsley
Cooking Method:
- In a large mixing bowl,combine all ingredients,except parsley.
- Toss well and make sure salmon cubes and avocado well coated with lime juice.
- Refrigerate for 3-4 hours.
- Remove from refrigerator and serve chilled with crusty bread.

- 1 small can frozen grape juice
- 2 quarts ( 2 L) fresh pineapple juice
- 2 cups (500 g) granulated sugar
- 1 1/2 quarts (1 1/2 L) fresh water
- 1 quart (1 L) sprite
Cooking Method:
- In a large mixing bowl,combine all ingredients.
- Mix well and refrigerate.
- Remove from the refrigerator and pour into highball glasses.

Ingredients:
- 2 cups (500 ml) milk
- 2 cups (500 ml) chicken stock
- 1 cup (250 g) yellow cornmeal
- 1 cup (250 g) grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 cups (500 ml) spaghetti sauce
Cooking Method:
- Preheat your oven to 350 F (175 C).
- Grease a baking dish with nonstick cooking spray.
- In a large pot,combine milk and chicken stock.Mix well and,stirring, bring to a boil over medium-high heat.
- When it is at a rolling boil, gently stir in the cornmeal, making sure there are no lumps.
- Reduce heat to low and continue cooking,stirring until thick, about 5 minutes.
- Remove polenta mixture from the heat and stir in Parmesan cheese.
- Pour the polenta into the greased baking dish, and spread spaghetti sauce over the top.
- Bake in preheated oven until sauce bubbled,for about 10 minutes.
