Ingredients:
For Coconut Sauce:
1/2 cup (125 ml) coconut milk
1 teaspoon red curry paste
2 teaspoon freshly squeezed lime juice
2 teaspoons fish sauce
3 teaspoons brown sugar
1 teaspoon soy sauce
1 teaspoon sesame oil
For Beef Kofta:
2 cloves garlic,peeled and minced
1 tablespoon minced ginger
1 tablespoon fish sauce
1 tablespoon brown sugar
1 tablespoon freshly squeezed lime juice
1 teaspoon red curry paste
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
1 pound (480 g) ground lean beef

Cooking Method:
- Preheat your grill to medium-high.
- In a mixing bowl,combine all coconut sauce ingredients.
- Mix well and set aside.
- In another large mixing bowl,combine all kofta ingredients,except ground beef.
- Stir well until curry paste completely dissolved.
- Stir in ground beef and mix well.
- Form elongated meatballs.
- Tread meatballs onto soaked bamboo skewers.
- Grill over medium heat,turning every 2 minutes for 10 minutes or until cooked through.
- Serve beef kofta with homemade coconut sauce.
