Stuffed Drumsticks. Very delicious turkey recipe.Easy ti prepare!
Makes 4 servings

Ingredients:

• 2 pounds (960 g) turkey drumsticks,boned
• 4 oz (120 g) bacon,derinded and chopped
• rosemary leaves
• 2 oz (60g) unsalted butter
• 2 teaspoons plain flour
• 2/3 cup (160 ml) chicken stock
• 4 tablespoons dry vermouth
• salt and freshly ground black pepper

Cooking Method:

1. Preheat your oven to 375 F (190 C).
2. Season turkey drumsticks with salt and black pepper.
3. Stuff chopped bacon into cavities in the drumsticks.Close openings with a skewers.
4. Pierce the skin in several places and insert fresh rosemary leaves.
5. Rub butter over drumsticks and place in ovenproof casserole.
6. Cover and bake in preheated oven for about 1 1/2 hours.
7. Remove baked drumsticks from the skewers.Slice and arrange on serving platter,kipping hot.
8. Add plain flour to the casserole and stir over low heat for 1 minute.
9. Gradually add chicken stock and dry vermouth.Bring to a boil,stirring.
10. Simmer for 2 minutes,the season to taste with salt and black pepper.

Cooking Method:

1. Preheat your oven to 350 F (175 C).
2. Grease a baking dish with nonstick cooking spray.
3. In a large pot,combine milk and chicken stock.Mix well and,stirring, bring to a boil over medium-high heat.
4. When it is at a rolling boil, gently stir in the cornmeal, making sure there are no lumps.
5. Reduce heat to low and continue cooking,stirring until thick, about 5 minutes.
6. Remove polenta mixture from the heat and stir in Parmesan cheese.
7.  Pour the polenta into the greased baking dish, and spread spaghetti sauce over the top.
8. Bake in preheated oven until sauce bubbled,for about 10 minutes.

Ingredients:

• 1 1/4 pounds (600 g) boneless and skinless chicken breasts,pounded  until ¹⁄₄" thick (about 8)
• 1/3 cup (80 g) and 1 tablespoon all-purpose flour
• 5 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
• 5 tablespoons unsalted melted butter
• 8 oz (240 g) mushrooms
• 2 tablespoons minced shallots
• 1 clove garlic,peeled and minced
• 1/3 cup (80 ml) Marsala wine
• 1/3 cup (80 ml) chicken stock
• 1 tablespoon fresh parsley,finely chopped
• kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper,to taste

Cooking Method: 

1. Season chicken breasts with salt and black pepper.
2. Dredge in 1/3 cup  all-purpose flour.Set aside.
3. In a large nonstick skillet,heat 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil and 1 tablespoon butter.
4. Working in a batches,add seasoned chicken and cook , turning once , until golden brown (for about 3 minutes per side).
5. Transfer cooked chicken to serving platter and set aside.
6.  Add 2tablespoons olive oil and 1 tablespoon melted butter, and then add mushrooms; cook until golden brown, about 8 minutes. Transfer to plate with chicken, and set aside.
7. Using the same skillet,heat remaining olive oil.Add minced shallots and garlic and cook,stirring,for 1 minute.
8. Stir in remaining all-purpose flour and cook for a further 2 minutes.
9. Add Marsala wine and chicken stock and continue to cook,stirring and scraping bottom of pan until slightly thick (for about 2 minutes).
10. Return cooked chicken and mushrooms to the skillet.Cook until heated through (for about 2 minutes).
11. Remove from the heat and stir in remaining melted butter.
12. Season with slat and black pepper.
13. Sprinkle with fresh chopped parsley and serve immediately.

Cooking Method:

1. In a slow cooker,combine chicken thighs, carrots, celery, onion, garlic, tomatoes, potatoes, chicken stock, tomato paste,dry white wine, and fennel seeds.
2. Toss well.
3. Cover slow cooker and cook on low-heat setting for 4-6 hours.
4. Just before serving,in a small mixing bowl,combine cornstarch and water.Mix well.
5. Add vinegar,rosemary and salt.Mix again.
6. Pour vinegar mixture over cooked chicken and serve.
