Oven baked garlicky chicken.Chicken pieces with garlic,mustard and lemon juice cooked in halogen (turbo) oven.
Makes 4 servings
Ingredients:
2 bulbs garlic,peeled and devided
3/4 cup (180 ml) olive oil
freshly squeezed juice of 1 lemon
zest of 1 lemon
1 tablespoon creme fraiche
1 teaspoon mustard
sea salt and freshly ground black pepper
4 chicken breasts or thighs

Ingredients:

Cooking method:
- In food processor,combine 1 garlic bulb,olive oil,lemon juice and zest.Process until smooth.
- Add cream fraiche and mustard.Season with sea salt and black pepper.
- Wash chicken pieces and pat dry with paper towel.Place in a greased ovenproof dish.
- Pour over mustard sauce.
- Cover with aluminum foil and refrigerate for 2 hours.
- Remove marinated chicken form the refrigerator and bring to room temperature.
- Place marinated chicken on a high rack of turbo oven,living foil intact.Place remaining peeled garlic around.
- Cook at 400 F (200 C) for 35-30 minutes until chicken pieces are tender.
- Serve with roasted potatoes and vegetables.
