Ingredients:
2 pounds (960 g) boneless beef round steak,fat trimmed
1 tablespoon vegetable oil
2 yellow onions,peeled and sliced
2 cups sliced mushrooms
12 oz (360 ml) jar beef gravy
1 envelope (1.1 oz (33 g)) mushroom gravy mix

Ingredients:

Cooking Method:
- Cut beef round steak into 8 serving-size pieces.
- Heat vegetable oil in a large nonstick skillet.
- Add sliced beef and brown,half at a time,in hot oil.Drain off fat and set aside.
- Place onions in slow cooker.Add browned steak and mushrooms.
- In a small mixing bowl,combine beef gravy and mushroom gravy mix. Mix well and pour over mixture in slow cooker.
- Cover slow cooker and cook on low-heat setting for 8-10 hours.
