Oven baked salmon and asparagus parcels.Delicious salmon fillets with asparagus and lemon baked in halogen (turbo) oven. Very easy and fast recipe!

Ingredients:
- 2/3 oz (20 g) unsalted butter,melted
- 3 tablespoons runny honey
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- zest of half lemon
- salt and freshly ground black pepper
- 1/2 pound (240 g) fresh asparagus,trimmed
- 4 salmon fillets
- lemon wedges
Cooking Method:
- In a mixing bowl,combine melted butter,honey,mustard and lemon zest.Mix well and season to taste with salt and black pepper.
- Prepare 4 squares of aluminum foil,big enough to parcel the fish.
- Place trimmed asparagus on each of the tin foil squares,followed by the salmon fillets.
- Drizzle with honey mixture.Place lemon wedges.
- Seal the aluminum foil securely.
- Preheat the halogen (turbo) oven to 420 F (210 C).
- Arrange salmon and asparagus parcels on middle rack of turbo oven.
- Bake in preheated oven for 20-25 minutes or until salmon flakes easily.

Ingredients:
- 1 1/2 pounds (720 g) cod fillets,cut into 8-10 '' inches (20-25 cm) strips
- 2 cups (500 g) all-purpose flour,divided
- 1 1/2 teaspoons baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
- 2 tablespoons malt vinegar
- 1 tablespoon clear honey
- 1/4 cup (60 ml) beer (dark ale)
- 2 tablespoons sweet pickle juice
- 1 1/2 cups (370 ml) unsweetened lemon seltzer water
- 2 russet potatoes,skin on and sliced into wedges
- canola oil for frying
Cooking Method:
- Sift 1/2 cup of all-purpose flour in a medium bowl.
- Roll fish strips in flour,then shake off excess and set aside.
- In a large mixing bowl,combine remaining flour,baking soda,salt,black pepper and vinegar.Stir well.
- Add honey,dark ale and pickle juice.Whisk,pouring lemon seltzer water until the batter is the consistency of a light pancake batter. Set aside.
- Pat dry potato wedges with paper towel.
- Preheat your oven to 250 F (125 C).
- In a cast iron skillet fill 3/4 full with canola oil.Heat the oil to 325 F (160 C).
- Working in a batches,cook the fries just until cooked (do not brown!).
- Bring the oil to 350 F (175 C).
- Dip floured fish strips into batter and,using a tongs,drip slightly, then lay the battered cod into the hot oil gently
- Working in a batches,cook fish for five minutes,turning once.
- Once the last piece of fish is cooked and the temperature of the oil is back up to 350 degree, drop in half the fries and cook until crisp.
- Place crispy fries on the pan with fish and sprinkle with salt as they come out of the oil. Cook the second batch of fries and place with the rest on the pan.More cod recipes>>>>>

- 4 boneless and skinless chicken breasts
- 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
- 2 tablespoons + 1 teaspoon freshly squeezed lime juice
- 1/4 cup(60 g) clear honey
- 1/4 cup (60 g) pomegranate
- 1 ripe medium mango,peeled,pitted and diced
- 1 ripe avocado,peeled,pitted and diced
Cooking method:
- In a large nonstick skillet,heat 2 tablespoons olive oil and 2 tablespoon lime juice over medium heat.
- Season chicken breasts with salt and black pepper.
- Add to the skillet and cook,stirring,Until browned on both sides.
- Meanwhile,in a small mixing bowl,combine honey and remaining 1 teaspoon of lime juice.Stri well and pour mixture over cooked chicken.
- Cook chicken until completely cooked through and tender.
- Add remaining ingredients to skillet for the last minute of cooking.

- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
- 1/2 cup (125 g) clear honey
- 1/4 cup (60 g) soy sauce
- 1/8 cup (30 g) chopped onion
- 1 oz (30 g) ketchup
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- 1 clove garlic,peeled and minced
- 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes
Cooking Method:
- Season both sides of chicken breasts with salt and black pepper.
- Place in slow cooker.
- In a small mixing bowl,combine remaining ingredients.Mix well and pour mixture over chicken.
- Cover slow cooker and cook on low-heat setting for 3 hours.
- Remove cooked chicken from slow cooker and put on serving plate. Cut into bite-size pieces.
- Return to slow cooker and toss well with sauce.

- 6 pounds (2.88 kg) pork baby ribs,cut into two-rib portions
- 2 cups (500 ml),divided
- 3/4 cup (180 g) brown sugar
- 2 tablespoons cornstarch
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon freshly ground ginger
- 1/4 cup (60 g) soy sauce
- 1/2 cup (125g ) clear honey
- In a large roasting pan,place pork ribs bone side down.
- Pour 1 cup water over ribs and cover tightly.
- Preheat oven to 350 F (175 C).
- Bake in preheated oven for 1 1/2 hours.
- Meanwhile,in a small mixing bowl,combine brown sugar,cornstarch,garlic powder and grated ginger.Mix well.
- Stir in soy sauce,honey and remaining 1 cup water until smooth.
- Drain fat from roasting pan.
- Pour honey-garlic sauce over ribs.
- Bake,uncovered,for a further 45 minutes or until meat is tender.
