Honey mango chicken breasts. This chicken breasts recipe is so delicious and healthy!

Ingredients:

  • 4 boneless and skinless chicken breasts
  • 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons + 1 teaspoon freshly squeezed lime juice
  • 1/4 cup(60 g) clear honey
  • 1/4 cup (60 g) pomegranate
  • 1 ripe medium mango,peeled,pitted and diced
  • 1 ripe avocado,peeled,pitted and diced

Cooking method:

  1. In a large nonstick skillet,heat 2 tablespoons olive oil and 2 tablespoon lime juice over medium heat.
  2.  Season chicken breasts with salt and black pepper.
  3. Add to the skillet and cook,stirring,Until browned on both sides.
  4. Meanwhile,in a small mixing bowl,combine honey and remaining 1 teaspoon of lime juice.Stri well and pour mixture over cooked chicken.
  5.  Cook chicken until completely cooked through and tender.
  6. Add remaining ingredients to skillet for the last minute of cooking.
  7. Serve honey mango chicken breasts immediately.
