Irish Kiwi Parfait

Ingredients:
  • 2 ounces(60 g) kiwi cream liqueur
  • Vanilla ice cream
  • 1 ounce(30g) Baileys cream liqueur
  • 2 chocolate wafer cookies crumbled
  • whipped cream
  • 2 green maraschino cherries
How to Prepare Irish Kiwi Parfait
Pour 1 ounce(30 g) kiwi cream liqueur in bottom of glass.
Add a layer of vanilla ice cream,a layer of 1 ounce(30g) Baileys,a layer of chocolate cookies,a layer of 1 ounce(30g) kiwi cream liqueur.
Fill with ice cream to 1/2 inch glass top.
Mound whipped cream on top.
Garnish with green cherries.
