Mango Margarita drink.Very popular Margarita recipe.tequila based mixed drink.

Ingredients:
- 3 oz (90 ml) tequila
- 1 1/2 oz (45 ml) Triple Sec liqueur
- 1 cup (250 ml) mango juice
- freshly squeezed juice of 1/2 lime
- Margarita salt
- 2 cups (500 g) cubed ice
Cooking Method:
- Refrigerate margarita glasses to frost them.
- In a mixing bowl,combine tequila, lime juice,mango juice and Triple Sec.Stir well.
- Place cubed ice in a blender.Blend it until snow-like.
- Remove glasses from the freezer and , using squeezed lime juice from the other half of the lime, get the rim wet and then dip into homemade margarita salt.
- Place half of blended ice into each margarita glass,then pour half of tequila mixture into each glass.
- Garnish mango Margarita drink with a wedge of lime.

Ingredients:
- 24 raw medium shrimp,peeled and deveined
- 18 cherry tomatoes
- 2 tablespoons freshly chopped thyme
- 3 tablespoons shallots,minced
- 1 tablespoon ground cumin
- 2 tablespoon fresh basil,chopped
- 1/4 cup (60 g) extra-virgin olive oil
- kosher salt and cracked black pepper to taste
- half of lemon
- 6 bamboo skewers,soaked
For Avocado Salsa:
- 1 ripe avocado,peeled,pitted and diced
- 1 small red onion,peeled and diced
- 1 small Roman tomato,seeded and diced
- 2 tablespoons fresh cilantro,chopped
- freshly squeezed lemon juice of 1/2 lemon
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 tablespoon white vinegar
- kosher salt and cracked black pepper to taste
Cooking Method:
- In a mixing bowl,combine all shrimp ingredients,except cherry tomatoes and lemon.
- Mix well,then add shrimp,stir again and set aside for ,at least,4 hours.
- Preheat your grill at medium-high heat.
- Tread marinated shrimp alternative with cherry tomatoes onto skewers.
- Grill 3-4 minutes per side.
- Sprinkle with lemon juice and season with salt and black pepper,to taste.
- Serve over homemade avocado salsa.
Avocado Salsa:
- In a mixing bowl,combine all salsa ingredients.
- Refrigerate for 15 minutes.

Slow cooker bacon-wrapped BBQ chicken. Chicken breasts with bacon,BBQ sauce and fresh apples cooked in slow cooker. Very delicious recipe

Ingredients:
- 4 boneless and skinless chicken breasts
- 1 cup (250 ml) BBQ sauce
- 1/4 cup (60 g) brown sugar
- 1 oz (30 ml) freshly squeezed lemon juice
- 5 small apples,peeled,cored and chopped
- 8 slices bacon
Cooking Method:
- In a small mixing bowl,combine BBQ sauce,brown sugar,lemon juice and chopped apples.
- Mix well and set aside.
- Grease slow cooker with nonstick cooking spray.
- Wrap each chicken breast with tow slices of bacon and place in a single layer in slow cooker.
- Pour barbecue-apple mixture over bacon-wrapped chicken breasts.
- Cover slow cooked and cook on low-heat setting for 6-8 hours or until chicken id done.

Ingredients:
- 16 jumbo pasta shells , uncooked
- 1 1/2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
- 2 teaspoons minced garlic
- 4 cups fresh spinach leaves,chopped
- 12 oz (360 g) ricotta cheese
- 1 cup (250 g) shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup (125 g) grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 large egg,beaten
- 1 tablespoon freshly chopped basil
- 1 teaspoon kosher salt
- 1/2 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
- 1 1/4 cups (310 g) marinara sauce
Cooking Method:
- Preheat your oven to 375 F (190 C) .
- Cook pasta,according cooking instruction and set aside.
- In a large nonstick skillet,heat olive oil over medium-high heat.Add minced garlic and cook,stirring,until browned.
- Add chopped spinach leaves and cook , stirring occasionally , until leaves begin to wilt ,for about 3-4 minutes.
- Remove from the heat,set aside and allow to cool.
- In a mixing bowl,combine spinach, ricotta, mozzarella, Parmesan, egg, basil and salt and black pepper. Stir well and set aside.
- Pour half cup of marinara sauce into the bottom of shallow baking sheet.
- Stuff each cooked pasta shell with ricotta mixture.Place in prepared baking sheet.
- Cover stuffed pasta shells with remaining marinara sauce,then cover with aluminum foil.
- Bake in preheated oven for 25 minutes.
- Remove aluminum foil and bake for a further 10-15 minutes or until the top begins to brown and the sauce begins the bubble.
- Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and serve.

Ingredients:
- 1 1/2 oz (45 ml) Bacardi rum
- 1 oz (30 ml) simple syrup
- 3 fresh strawberries,cut into halves
- 6 fresh blueberries
- 6 large mint leaves
- chilled Club Soda
Cooking Method:
- Place fresh berries and mint leaves in a highball and muddled them.
- Add crushed ice,Bacardi rum and simple syrup.
- Using a cocktail spoon,stir well.
- Top with chilled Club Soda.
- Garnish wild berry Mojito with fresh berry and mint leaf.

BANANA COCKTAIL |
Ingredients:
- 1 1/2 oz (45 ml) Absolute vanilla vodka
- 1/2 oz (15 ml) KeKuyper Creme de Banana
- 1/4 oz (8 g) whipped cream
- 2 ripe bananas,peeled and sliced (reserve 1 for serving)
- 3/4 cup (180 g) cubed ice
- chocolate shavings for garnish
- whipped cream for garnish
- Brulee bananas for garnish (see recipe below)
- 4 tablespoons granulated sugar
- 1 banana,peeled and sliced
Cooking Method:
- In a blender,combine vodka,creme de banana, 1/4 oz whipped cream,1 banana and cubed ice.
- Blend well and pour mixture into margarita glass.
- To make brulee bananas,sprinkle both sides of each banana slice with granulated sugar.
- Place in a single layer on a heatproof surface.
- Using a brulee torch, apply heat until sugar turns a golden brown
- Garnish banana cocktail with whipped cream,chocolate shavings and brulee banana slices.
