Acapulco cocktail is very delicious summer rum based drink.Very easy to prepare.
Ingredients:
- 1 oz (30 ml) tequila
- 1 oz (30 ml) white rum
- 2 oz (60 ml) pineapple juice
- 1 oz (30 ml) grapefruit juice
- 1 oz (30 ml) coconut milk
- fresh pineapple wedge and mint sprig fro garnish
Cooking Method:
- In a shaker filled with cubed ice,combine all ingredients,except,pineapple wedge and mint sprig.
- Shake well and strain into a rock glass.
- Garnish with fresh pineapple wedge and mint sprig.
- Serve immediately.
