Slow Cooker Creamy Potato Wedges

Slow cooker creamy potato wedges.Potatoes with sour cream,cheese and mayonnaise cooked in slow cooker.Very delicious side dish!
Makes 8 servings

slow cooker creamy potato wedges

2 containers (8 oz (240 ml) each)) sour cream chive dip
4 oz (120 g) finely shredded Asiago cheese
3 oz (90 ml) package cream cheese,cut up
1/2 cup (125 ml) mayonnaise
2 packages (20 oz (600 g)each) refrigerated new potato wedges

Cooking Method:
  1. In slow cooker,combine sour cream dip,Asiago cheese,cream cheese and mayonnaise.
  2. Mix well.
  3. Stir in potato wedges.
  4. Cover slow cooker and cook on low-heat setting for 3 1/2-4 1/2 hours.
  5. Stir well before serving.
