Slow cooker blueberry French toast.Delicious dessert cooked in slow cooker.
Ingredients:
- 1 cup (250 g) brown sugar
- 1 1/4 teaspoons ground cinnamon
- 1/4 cup (60 g) melted butter
- 12 slices bread
- 1 1/2 cups (370 g) fresh blueberries
- 5 large eggs,lightly beaten
- 1 1/2 cups (370 ml) milk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- syrup,whipped cream and fresh blueberries for garnish
Cooking Method:
- In a small mixing bowl,combine brown sugar,ground cinnamon and melted butter.
- Mix well.
- Grease slow cooker with nonstick cooking spray.
- Coat the bottom of slow cooker with 1/3 sugar mixture.
- Add 6 bread slices,then another 1/3 sugar mixture.
- Sprinkle with fresh blueberries.
- Add remaining bread slices and sugar mixture.
- In a mixing bowl,combine beaten eggs,vanilla,milk and salt.Beat well.
- Pour egg mixture over bread and press down lightly.
- Cover slow cooker and refrigerate several hours.
- Remove from refrigerator.
- Cook on low-heat setting for 3-4 hours.

- 2 cups (500 g) cubed ice
Cooking Method:
- Refrigerate margarita glasses to frost them.
- In a mixing bowl,combine tequila, lime juice,mango juice and Triple Sec.Stir well.
- Place cubed ice in a blender.Blend it until snow-like.
- Remove glasses from the freezer and , using squeezed lime juice from the other half of the lime, get the rim wet and then dip into homemade margarita salt.
- Place half of blended ice into each margarita glass,then pour half of tequila mixture into each glass.

- Preheat your oven to 375 F (190 C) .
- Cook pasta,according cooking instruction and set aside.
- In a large nonstick skillet,heat olive oil over medium-high heat.Add minced garlic and cook,stirring,until browned.
- Add chopped spinach leaves and cook , stirring occasionally , until leaves begin to wilt ,for about 3-4 minutes.

Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup (125 g) unsalted butter,melted
- 4 medium yellow onions,peeled and sliced
- 2 garlic cloves,peeled and chopped
- 2 bay leaves
- 2 fresh thyme sprigs
- 1 cup (250 ml) dry red wine
- 3 tablespoons all-purpose flour
- 2 quarts (2 L) beef broth
- 1 French baguette,sliced
- 1/2 pound (240 g) grated Gruyere
- kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper,to taste
Cooking Method:
- In a large pot,heat melted butter over medium heat.
- Add sliced onions,garlic,bay leaves and thyme.
- Season with salt and black pepper.
- Cook,stirring occasionally,until onions are very soft and caramelized,for about 25 minutes.
- Add dry red wine and bring to boil.
- Reduce heat to low and simmer until wine has evaporated,for about 5 minutes.
- Discard the bay leaves and thyme.
- Sprinkle the onions with all-purpose flour and stir.
- Cook for a further 10 minutes.
- Add beef broth and simmer again for 10 minutes.

- 3 pounds (1.44 kg) boneless pork,cut into 1-inch (2.5 cm) pieces
- 1 small yellow onion,peeled and chopped plus 1 small yellow onion,peeled and sliced for garnish
- 1 bunch fresh thyme
- 2 cloves garlic,peeled and chopped
- 1 scotch bonnet pepper,halved
- 2 tablespoons salt
- cider vinegar
- scallion,finely chopped
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
Cooking Method:
- In a large glass container, combine all ingredients.
- Place a layer of fresh thyme followed by chopped garlic then the pork on top, repeat until all ingredients are used ending with a layer of thyme and garlic.
- Pour salt and cider vinegar into container and place pepper on top.
- Cover tightly and refrigerate for 4 days.
- Pour all ingredients in a strainer.Remove marinated pork and discard all ingredients.

- Remove blueberry mixture from the heat and strain, pressing on the solids to extract as much liquid as possible.
- Discard the solids.
- Transfer the simple blueberry syrup to the glass container,cover tightly and refrigerate.
- To 4 oz (120 ml) cocktail glass,add remaining blueberries,lime and 2-3 tablespoons symple blueberry syrup.
- Using a muddle,smash blueberries and line.

- 1 orange,peeled
- 1/2 lime,peeled
- 1/4 cup (60 g) pomegranate seeds
- In a blender,combine all ingredients.

Ingredients:
- 3 pounds (1.44 kg) whole chicken wing,cut into three sections,wing tips discarded
- 1 1/2 (370 g) soy sauce
- 1 cup (250 ml) freshly squeezed orange juice
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
Cooking Method:
- In a large resealable plastic bag,combine soy sauce,orange juice and garlic powder.
- Mix well.
- Add chicken wings and refrigerate overnight.
- Drain marinated chicken wings and discard marinade.
- Grease baking sheet with nonstick cooking spray.Line with aluminum foil.
- Arrange chicken wings in a single layer in a greased baking sheet.
- Preheat your oven to 350 F (175 C).
- Bake in preheated oven for 1 hour or until juices run clear,turning twice.
