Garlic Parmesan noodles.Very delicious and easy spaghetti recipe.

Ingredients:
- 8 oz (240 g) spaghetti
 - half stick unsalted butter
 - 2 tablespoons olive oil
 - 5 cloves garlic,peeled and finely minced
 - 1/4 cup (60 g) grated Parmesan cheese
 - salt
 - 1 tablespoon grated cheddar cheese
 - chopped fresh parsley
 
Cooking method:
- Cook spaghetti,according package instruction. Drain and set aside.
 - Heat olive oil and butter in nonstick skillet.
 - Add minced garlic and saute until lightly brown and aromatic.
 - Stir in cooked spaghetti ,season to taste with salt and mix well.
 - Turn off the heat and add grated Parmesan cheese.Stir well.
 - Sprinkle with grated cheddar cheese and fresh parsley.
 - Serve immediately.
