Ingredients:
- 1 large yellow onion,peeled and diced
- 1 clove garlic,peeled and diced
- 1/2 tablespoon dry chive leaves
- water
- 1 cow food,washed and cut
- 1 chili pepper
- salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste
Cooking Method:
- Cut meat in to a deep bowl.
- Pour cold water over meat and allow to soak overnight.
- In a pot,combine soaked meat and remaining ingredients,except chives and seasoning.
- Cook over medium-high heat until meat is tender and extracted from the bones.
- Season with salt and black pepper to taste.
- Sprinkle with dry chives and serve.

Ingredients:
- 1 pound (480 g) thin flank beef steak,cut into 2-inch (5 cm ) pieces
- half of white onion,peeled and chopped
- 1/4 cup (60 g) sliced green onions
- For the Sauce: 2 tablespoons plus 2 teaspoons sesame oil
- 1 tablespoon minced garlic
- 1 red bell pepper,seeded and thinly sliced
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
- 1/2 cup (125 ml) water
- 1/2 teaspoon crushed red pepper
- ¼ cup cold water + 1 tablespoon corn starch
- toasted sesame seeds for garnish
Cooking Method:
- Lightly grease slow cooker with nonstick cooking spray.
- In a greased slow cooker,combine meat,onions (green and white) and sliced red bell peppers.
- In a medium mixing bowl,combine remaining ingredients,except 1/4 cup water,cornstarch and sesame seeds.Stir well.
- Pour sauce over beef and stir well to combine.
- Cover slow cooker and cook on low-heat setting for 4-5 hours.
- 30 minutes before serving,in a small mixing bowl,combine 1/4 cup water and cornstarch.Mix well and gently stir mixture into the slow cooker.
- Cover slow cooker and cook on high-heat setting for a further 30 minutes.
- Stir well before serving.
- Remove cooked beef and sauce from slow cooker.Sprinkle with toasted sesame seeds and serve.

Tropical bliss cocktail.Very delicious rum based mixed drink recipe.Very easy to make!

Ingredients:
- 3/4 oz (22 ml) coconut rum
- 3/4 oz (22 ml) Orange Twist vodka
- 2 1/4 oz (67ml) freshly squeezed orange juice
- 2 1/4 oz (67 ml) pineapple juice
- 2 oz milk
Cooking Method:
- Pour coconut rum and vodka into a Collins glass filled with crushed ice.
- Fill glass 3/4 full with equal amounts of orange juice and pineapple juice.
- Top with milk and shake.

- 2 pounds (960 g) natural bio yogurt
- 3 medium apples,washed,cored and chopped
- 2 kiwis,peeled and sliced
- 4 plums,pitted and chopped
- 3 fresh basil leaves
Cooking Method:
- Spoon bio yogurt into glasses.
- Layer some fresh fruits over the yogurt.
- Continue scooping the yogurt and layering with the fruits until the glass is full.
- Finally, top the glass with a few chopped fruits,sliced kiwis and basil leaves.
- Serve immediately.

Dirty Shirley Cocktail. Delicious vodka based mixed drink.This cocktail recipe is excellent for hot summer time!

- 1 1/2 oz (45 ml) vodka
- 3/4 oz (25 ml) grenadine syrup
- 1/2 oz (15 ml) Heering liqueur
- 1 can (330 ml) 7-UP
- 4-6 maraschino cherries
Cooking Method:
- Fill 2 old-fashioned glasses with cubed ice.
- In a shaker,combine grenadine syrup,vodka and Heering liqueur.Shake well and divide mixture between two glasses.
- Top each glass with 7-Up and stir.

Stuffed potato skins.Oven baked potatoes stuffed with bacon,cheese and green onions.Very delicious recipe!

Ingredients:
- 6-7 small potatoes,unpeeled
- 1 cup (250 g) freshly grated cheddar cheese
- 1/4 cup (60 g) unsalted butter,melted
- 3/4 cup (180 g) bacon,fried and chopped
- 1/2 cup sliced green onion
- sour cream to garnish
Cooking Method:
- Preheat oven to 400 F (200 C).
- Bake potatoes in preheated oven for 40-50 minutes or until done.Remove from the oven,set aside and allow to cool.
- Slice baked potatoes lengthwise and scoop out the middles, leaving about an ⅛ inch of potato to help it keep it's shape.
- Brush both sides of potato skins with melted butter and lightly season with salt.
- Return potatoes to the oven and bake for a further 5 minutes.
- Remove potatoes from the oven and evenly sprinkle grated cheese and bacon over top.
- Return to the oven and bake for additional 2 minutes or until cheese is melted.
- Garnish with sour cream and green onion.
