Ingredients:
- 2 cups (500 g) fresh blackberries
- 2 large ripe mangoes,peeled,pitted and diced
- 2-4 tablespoons granulated sugar
- cubed ice
Cooking Method:
- In a blender,combine fresh blackberries,half of cubed ice and 1-2 tablespoons of granulated sugar.Blend until smooth.
- Pour blackberry mixture into cocktail glasses.
- Rinse out the blender.
- In a blender,combine diced mangoes,remaining sugar and cubed ice.
- Blend until smooth.
- Pour mango mixture over blackberry mixture.
- Serve immediately.
