Slow cooker balsamic pork tenderloin.This pork recipe is really moth watering.Pork tenderloin with honey and Worcestershire sauce cooked in slow cooker.
Ingredients:
- 3 pounds (1.45 kg) boneless pork tenderloin
- 1 cup (250 ml) chicken broth
- 1/2 cup 9125 ml) balsamic vinegar
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon clear honey
- 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes
- 2 cloves garlic,peeled and chopped
Cooking Method:
- Place pork tenderloin in slow cooker.
- In a mixing bowl,combine remaining ingredients.Mix well and pour mixture over pork.
- Cover slow cooker and cook on low-heat setting for 6-8 hours or until pork is tender.
- Using a tongs,remove cooked pork from slow cooker,reserving cooking liquid.
- Using two forks,shred meat.
- Poor reserved cooking liquid over shredded pork.
- Serve immediately.
