Ingredients:
- 5 large eggs,beaten
- 1 bunch spring onion(scallion) finely chopped
- 1 pound(480-500g)potatoes,cubed or sliced
- 1 2/3 oz(50 g) mature cheese
- salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste
Oven Baked Tortilla
Preheat the turbo oven to 392 F(200 C)
In a large mixing bowl combine all ingredients.
Mix well.
Grease ovenproof dish with cooking spray.
Pour potato mixture into greased ovenproof dish.
Arrange on the low grill rack and cook for 20-25 minutes,until tender.
Serve oven baked tortilla hot with fresh vegetables.

Ingredients:
- 1 cup onion,peeled and sliced
- 1 1/2 pound(750 g) chicken breasts,boneless and skinless
- 1 cup whole-berry cranberry sauce
- 1 tablespoon beef bouillon granules
- 1 teaspoon white vinegar
- 1 teaspoon prepared mustard
Slow Cooker Cranberry Chicken
1.Lightly grease inside of slow cooker with cooking spray.
2.Put onion on bottom of slow cooker;arrange chicken breasts on top.
3.Using a mixing bowl,combine remaining ingredients together.
Mix well.Spoon mixture over chicken and onion and coat well.
4.Cover slow cooker and cook on low-heat setting for 6- 8 hours.
5.Serve slow cooker cranberry chicken hot.

Ingredients:
- 1 white onion,peeled and finely chopped
- 1 oz(30 g) butter
- 1 stick celery,finely diced
- 1 potato,peeled and finely diced
- 800 ml hot law-salt vegetable stock
- 1/3 pound(150 g) blue cheese
- salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste
Oven Cooked Celery and Blue Cheese Soup
Combine together onion,butter,celery and potato in a casserole dish.
Arrange casserole dish on high grill rack.
Set temperature of turbo oven to 428 F(220 C).
Cover halogen oven and cook for 5-8 minutes,stirring occasionally.
Add the vegetable stock.Cover and cook for 30 minutes more,or until vegetables are soft.
Once vegetables are soft,add the blue cheese and season to taste.
If you like a creamier soup,add 1-2 tablespoons of Greek yogurt or creme fraiche.
Using a blender,blend oven cooked soup until smooth.
Serve oven cooked celery and blue cheese soup hot.

- 2/3 pound(350g) skinless chicken breasts,cut lengthwise into thin strips
- 1 shallot,finely chopped
- 2 teaspoons grated fresh root ginger
- 3 tablespoons light soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon ground coriander
- 1 teaspoon ground cumin
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- scallions and lime wedges,to serve
Dipping Sauce for Oven Cooked Chicken
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- 2 shallots,finely chopped
- 1 garlic clove,peeled and finely chopped
- 2 teaspoons grated fresh root ginger
- 1/2 cup crunchy peanut butter
- 2 teaspoons freshly squeezed lime juice
- 1/2 teaspoon hot chili powder
- 1/2 cup coconut milk
Oven Cooked Chicken Skewers with Peanut Sauce

- Soak 12 wooden skewers in water for 30 minutes,this prevent them burning in the turbo oven.
- Combine together shallot,ginger,soy sauce,coriander,cumin and oil in a shallow dish.Mix well.Add the chicken,toss together,cover and leave in the refrigerator to marinate fir 1 hour.
- To make the peanut sauce,combine shallot,garlic and ginger in frying pan.Fry in hot oil for 3 minutes.
- Add the peanut butter,lime juice,chili powder,coconut milk and 3 tablespoons fresh water to the pan.Bring to the boil,stirring often.Simmer mixture for 4-5 minutes,stirring occasionally.Set aside.
- Put the high grilling rack in the turbo oven.Preheat oven to 392 F(200C).Thread the marinated chicken breasts on the skewers,piercing them in a zigzag fashion.Shred the scallions.
- Arrange the skewers on the grilling rack and grill for 5 minutes.Turn them over and grill for 2-3 minutes more.
- Serve oven cooked chicken with the warm peanut sauce,lime wedges and shredded scallions.

- 2/3 oz (20 ml) amaretto cream liqueur
- 2/3 oz (20 ml) sugar syrup
- 2/3 oz (20 ml) molasses
