Slow cooker Southwest chicken. Chicken breasts with vegetables cooked in slow cooker. serve this delicious recipe over cooked pasta.

Ingredients:
1 pound (480 g) skinless and boneless chicken breasts,stripped or cubed
15 oz (450 ml) can black beans,rinsed and well drained
1 teaspoon ground cumin
2 teaspoons chili powder
1 large yellow onion,peeled and cut into wedges
14 1/2 oz (435 ml) can diced tomatoes with green chilies,undrained
6 oz (180 ml) can Italian tomato paste roasted garlic

- In a slow cooker,combine all ingredients.
- Mix well.
- Cover slow cooker and cook on low heat setting for 4 /12-5 hours.
- Turn off slow cooker.
- Transfer cooked chicken with vegetables and accumulated juices into serving bowl.
- Serve hot.
