Slow cooker eggs Benedict. This is very famous eggs recipe.I trying to cook these eggs in slow cooker. Serve eggs Benedict with homemade Hollandaise sauce.

- boiling water
- 2 teaspoons white vinegar
- 8 large eggs
- 4 English muffins
- Hollandaise sauce (see recipe bellow)
- kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste
Cooking Method:
- Fill 6-quart (6 L) slow cooker with water 1 1/2 inches (3.7 cm) deep.
- Stir in white vinegar.Cook on high heat setting while preparing ingredients for next step.
- Crack eggs,one at a time,into a small bowl.Pour into hot water gently.
- Cook on high heat setting for 5 minutes,or until white as just set and yolks are still soft.
- Poached eggs may be served immediately or keep them warm,turning slow cooker to warm setting and adding enough cool water.
- Meanwhile,split and toast muffins.
- In a large nonstick skillet,fry bacon over medium-high heat until bacon golden brown.
- Arrange each toasted muffin on separate plate.Top each half with 1 slice cooked bacon,1 poached egg and top with Hollandaise sauce.
- Season with salt and black pepper.

- 3 egg yolks
- 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
- 1/2 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
- 1 tablespoon cream
- 1 cup (250 ml) unsalted melted butter
- 1 tablespoon freshly squeezed lemon juice
- In a blender,combine egg yolks,salt,black pepper and cream.
- Blend until smooth.
- Remove center of blender lid.Turn blender to high and pout in half of melted hot butter in a thin steady stream.
- Add lemon juice and stream in remaining hot butter.
- Keep Hollandaise sauce warn in double boiler.
