Makes 1 serving

Ingredients:

• strong freshly ground black coffee
• 1 teaspoon granulated sugar
• cream
• cardamom

Cooking Method:

1.  Prepare a pot of strong black coffee.
2. In the ground coffee, add 2-3 freshly ground cardamom pods.
3. Add 1 teaspoon sugar while hot.Set aside allow to cool completely.
4. Pour cooled coffee into highball filled with cubed ice.
5. Place a spoon atop the coffee and gently pour cream into the spoon so that it floats on the top of the coffee.
