Ingredients:
1 1/2 pounds (720 g) beef round steak,cubed
10 3/4 oz (325 ml) can low-fat cream of mushroom soup
2 cups sliced fresh mushrooms
1/4 cup instant minced onion
2 tablespoons beef bouillon granules
1/2 teaspoon onion powder
1/2 cup (125 ml) skim milk
2 cups cooked rice or noodles

Cooking Method:
- Lightly grease large nonstick skillet with nonstick cooking spray.
- Add cubed beef and cook over medium heat,stirring frequently,until browned on all sides.
- Grease slow cooker with nonstick cooking spray.
- In a greased slow cooker,combine all ingredients except rice or noodles.
- Cover and cook on low-heat setting for 8-10 hours.
- Serve over cooked rice or noodles.
