BANANA COCKTAIL

Ingredients:

• 1 1/2 oz (45 ml) Absolute vanilla vodka
• 1/2 oz (15 ml) KeKuyper Creme de Banana
• 1/4 oz (8 g) whipped cream
• 2 ripe bananas,peeled and sliced (reserve 1 for serving)
• 3/4 cup (180 g) cubed ice
• chocolate shavings for garnish
• whipped cream for garnish
• Brulee bananas for garnish (see recipe below)
• 4 tablespoons granulated sugar
• 1 banana,peeled and sliced

FRENCH ONION SOUP

Ingredients:

• 1/2 cup (125 g) unsalted butter,melted
• 4 medium yellow onions,peeled and sliced
• 2 garlic cloves,peeled and chopped
• 2 bay leaves
• 2 fresh thyme sprigs
• 1 cup (250 ml) dry red wine
• 3 tablespoons all-purpose flour
• 2 quarts (2 L) beef broth
• 1 French baguette,sliced
• 1/2 pound (240 g) grated Gruyere
• kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper,to taste

Ingredients:

• 2 large eggs
• 1/2 red bell pepper,cubed
• 10 oz (300 g) tomatoes,sliced
• 1 small yellow onion,peeled and cubed
• 2 cloves garlic,peeled and finely chopped
• 3 1/3 oz (40 g) uncooked quinoa
• 5 oz (150 g) mushrooms,washed and cubed
• olive oil for frying
• 1/4 teaspoon paprika
• dash of ground chili pepper
• 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
• fresh parsley and oregano
• grated Parmesan cheese
• salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste

Ingredients:

• 2 pounds (960 g)  boneless and skinless chicken breasts
•  1/4 cup (60 g) melted butter,divided
• 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
• 2 cups (500 g) heavy cream
• 2 teaspoons garlic powder
• 1 1/2 teaspoons onion powder
• 1 1/2 teaspoons chili powder
• 1/2 teaspoon salt

Oven baked chicken cutlets.Chicken breasts baked in the stove.Very easy chicken recipe.

Ingredients:

• 2 boneless and skinless chicken cutlets
• 2 teaspoons seasoning salt
• 1 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
• 1 large egg,beaten
• 1 cup 9250 g) breadcrumbs

Cooking Method:

1. Preheat oven to  325 F (160 C).
2. Wash meat and pat dry with paper towel.
3. Season with salt and black pepper.
4. Dip seasoned chicken in beaten egg,then dip in breadcrumbs.
5. Lightly grease baking sheet with nonstick cooking spray.
6. Place chicken cutlets in prepared baking sheet. 
7. Bake in preheated oven for 20-25 minutes or until cooked through.

Baked salmon with creamy dill sauce.Fried salmon fillets with homemade creamy dill sauce.Delicious!

Ingredients:

• 2 pounds (960 g) salmon fillet
• 1 teaspoon lemon-pepper seasoning
• 1 teaspoon onion salt
• 1 small yellow onion,peeled,sliced and separated into rings
• 6 slices lemon
• 1/4 cup (60 g) butter,cubed
• 1/3 cup (80 g) sour cream
• 1/3 cup (80 g) mayonnaise
• 1/4 cup 960 ml) dry white wine
• 1 tablespoon capers
• 1 tablespoon finely chopped onion
• 1 teaspoon freshly squeezed lemon juice
• 1 teaspoon prepared horseradish
• 3/4 teaspoon dried dill weed
• 1/4 teaspoon garlic salt
• freshly ground black pepper to taste

Cooking Method:

1. Preheat your oven to 375 F (185 C).
2. Line baking sheet with aluminum foil and lightly grease it with nonstick cooking spray.
3. Place salmon fillet skin side down on aluminum foil.
4. Season with lemon pepper seasoning and onion salt.
5. Top with onon rings and lemon slices.
6.  Dot with butter.
7. Fold aluminum foil around seasoned salmon fillet and seal tightly.
8. Bake in preheated oven for about 20 minutes.
9. Unseal aluminum foil and turn the oven's broiler on.
10. Cook the salmon fillet under the broiler until the flesh flakes easily with a fork, for about 10-15 minutes.
11. Meanwhile,make dill sauce.In a mixing bowl,combine remaining ingredients.
12. Stir well.Serve with baked salmon fillet.

• 3 pounds (1.44 kg) lamb leg or shoulder (fat trimmed), cut into chunks
• 1/2 cup (125 ml) olive oil
•  1/2 cup (125 ml) dry red wine
• 2 teaspoons dried oregano
• 2 garlic cloves,peeled and crushed
• zest and freshly squeezed juice of 2 lemons
• salt and freshly ground black pepper,to taste
